Michael has a Health Science degree and a Masters degree in Education, both from Hardin-Simmons University. In 2013, Michael was also recognized as an Outstanding Young Alumnus by Hardin-Simmons University. He has received numerous accolades and awards throughout his career in leadership development. Michael is married to his wife Caroline and lives in Tuscola, Texas, where they are currently raising their two children.
