  It’s the most difficult part of being a leader - having the courage to say and do the right thing!  Your best staff needs to know that they’re valued.  Your impressionable staff needs to know where you’re headed and how they can help get there.  Your low performing staff needs to know that it’s time to get on board or get off.  Leaders must understand their most important asset is the individual team members.
