Driving Customer Loyalty - Customer Service Training

How committed are you internal customers (anyone in the organization you need to help you meet your objectives) and external customers (parents and students) to doing business with you? Things Change! Remaining Engaged in a Changing Environment

When you think about all the changes to education over the past 25, 10, 2 years it can become overwhelming to think about all the things your staff has been asked to do. In this session your faculty and staff will recognize that change is inevitable and is constantly on the horizon. With that knowledge, participants now have a choice as to how they deal with change.
