Session 1: Engage Life! Teachers Engaging Students
Our research based programs allow participants to discover tools
that will begin to move their classroom from the stall, known as
complacency, towards a world class experience. Participants will
examine their current commitment and understand the importance
between teacher engagement and improved achievement, test scores
and college preparedness. They will experience and understand
how adding value to students is directly tied to connecting student
subgroups and improving graduation rates. Finally, your staff
will know the importance between just being present and being
passionate about what they do.

Session 2: Keys to Maximizing Student Potential
Continuing down the path of teacher engagement your faculty and
staff will recognize that the distance between complacency and
excellence is very short. Participants will understand that in
order to travel this short distance they must focus on details

environment, creating hope, believing that every student has
potential and the importance of building connections with
students.

Session 3: Teaching the Millenials
They are called Millennials. Raised by parents who believe in
the importance of self esteem, they believe they are ready to take
on any task and conquer the world. They expect a learning
environment that is challenging, fun, collaborative and rewarding.
So how do we teach a generation of students who have been
constantly told by society they are special, protected from
every conceivable danger and who believe they can do all things
better than they are currently being done? Tutt and Daggs will
teach you how to understand, relate and teach this generation to

Session 4: Things Change! Remaining Engaged in a Changing
Environment
When you think about all the changes to education over the past
25, 10, 2 years it can become overwhelming to think about all the
things your staff has been asked to do. In this session your
faculty and staff will recognize that change is inevitable and is
constantly on the horizon. With that knowledge, participants now
have a choice as to how they deal with change. Your team will
identify three ways of dealing with change and understand how
making the right choice will not only help them maintain their
commitment level but will also drive them to action.
