Creating a Culture of Excellence
This session will focus on three keys that will improve how we
relate and communicate with the people who are tasked with
following us. First, leaders must understand the importance of
identifying their High, Middle and Low performers. We will teach
your leaders the importance of one-on-one conversations with each
employee in regards to re-recruiting high performers, coaching
middle performers towards high performance and moving low
performers up or out of the organization. Second, we will discuss
the importance of leader rounding and how doing it correctly
impacts the culture of the organization. Finally, the importance of
teamwork and managing up employees will connect the dots to
creating a culture of excellence.

Strength Finder - Learning to lead with your strengths
This session will build on the truth that when leaders focus on
their strengths along with the strengths of their employees the
work environment functions at its highest level. During this
session participants will utilize a tool that will highlight their
natural leadership strengths and the opportunities they have daily
to utilize these strengths. We will also discuss the importance of
the hiring process and the impact of hiring the right person for
the right role.

The New Generation of Employees
Are you kidding me, what planet are you from and did that really
just happen are all questions you may have recently asked yourself
while dealing with a young employee or today's traditional student.
Raised by parents who believe in the importance of self esteem,
they believe they are ready to take on any task and conquer the
world. They expect a working and learning environment that is
challenging, fun, collaborative and rewarding. So how do we lead a
generation of educators who have been constantly told by society
that they are special, protected from every conceivable danger and
who believe they can do all things better than they are currently
being done? This session will teach you how to understand, relate
and lead this generation of educators to accomplish incredible
outcomes

Adding Value - The key to motivating employees
This session will focus on how the best leaders use recognition
to motivate their people, retain the best talent, and encourage
repeatable positive performance. Participants will receive a tool
kit of ideas and proven best practices in the area of reward and
recognition. Practical applications and research studies will be
examined in order to hardwire these practices into action.

Creating Accountability - Coach them up
Leaders will recognize the value in coaching their team rather
than managing their team. Through this training they will be
challenged to understand the correlation between employee coaching
and high levels of employee engagement. During this session
participants will examine a coaching tool to be conducted with all
employees that will begin to set the stage for continued
accountability. Your leaders will walk away from this session with
a sense of urgency regarding the need to coach vs. boss their
employees and receive the tools to begin immediately.

Conflict Resolution - Having difficult conversations
Naturally some people handle conflict better than others. This
session will begin to identify why conflict exists and the
strategies necessary to navigate towards a positive outcome.
Participants will engage in difficult conversations and begin to
collect tools that calm conflict rather than escalate it.
Interactive exercises and examples of the workplace will coach and
motivate you to effectively deal with all types of conflict
situations, with results that empower and really work.
